We have made a slight change to our prescription form. The form is very similar to the existing form and self explanatory but you will need to delete any bookmarks you have to the existing form as it will no longer be available. Any details you have saved will no longer available
Repeat prescriptions are ONLY to be ordered with a repeat prescription slip.
Do not phone in for repeat prescriptions.
Please indicate on the slip the drugs required and allow 48 hours before you collect your prescription.
Repeat prescriptions can be posted to you if you supply a stamped self addressed envelope.
Patients, who live more than a mile from a pharmacy and are considered to be resident in a rural area, as defined by NHS Lincolnshire, can have their medication dispensed at the practice. Click here for more information.
Between the hours of 18:30 – 08:00 Monday to Friday, including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, Please telephone NHS Direct on 111 if you have run out of your medication.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
