The efficient, fully trained and experienced reception staffs are happy to deal with your enquiries. They form an integral part of the team.
Apart from reception duties they all have administrative duties as well. This involves communicating with patients for chronic disease management, medication changes, etc at the doctor’s instructions. They help us with maintaining our call and recall system and also with prompting patients when they are due for various checks, immunisations, urine and blood tests etc.
Please remember that if you need to be kept waiting or seemed to be asked one or two questions they are carrying out the practice policy which is aimed at making the practice run smoothly.
